1. Service Agreement
WorkMotion Errand Services ("we," "our," or "us") provides errand and personal assistance services to clients ("you" or "your") in Lusaka, Zambia. Our services include but are not limited to grocery shopping, deliveries, postal runs, house sitting, pet sitting, and other errand services as described on our website.
2. Booking and Payment
- Booking: All services must be booked in advance through our website, by phone, or email.
- Minimum Fee: Our services start from K95, with final pricing based on the complexity, duration, and location of the service.
- Payment Methods: We accept cash, mobile money transfers, and bank transfers.
- Deposits: For certain services, we may require a deposit or advance payment.
- Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
3. Service Area
Our primary service area is Lusaka, Zambia. For clients outside Lusaka, we offer shopping and pickup services. Deliveries outside Lusaka can be arranged through the Post Office, client-suggested transportation, or public buses.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Providing accurate and complete information for service requests
- Ensuring funds are available for purchases made on your behalf
- Providing access to properties when necessary for service completion
- Informing us of any special instructions or requirements
5. Our Responsibilities
- Providing services as agreed upon in a timely and professional manner
- Handling your property and information with care and confidentiality
- Providing receipts for all purchases made on your behalf
- Communicating any issues or delays that may affect service delivery
6. Liability
While we take all reasonable care in providing our services, we cannot be held liable for:
- Damage or loss caused by third parties
- Unavailability of requested items
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
- Issues arising from incorrect information provided by the client
7. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services and do not share your information with third parties except as required to complete your service requests.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
